Shipping
All Items are carefully packaged to make sure they get to their destination safely. We use bubble wrap, tissue paper and boxes Via Australia Post. I’ll ship your order as soon as the product is finished as all products are made to order.
Items can be shipped to gift addresses and a note may be included, just let me know what you’d like to say in your message to seller when you make your purchase. If you would like express or registered post please message me before purchasing the item and I will update the shipping cost for you.

Refunds and exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please return it to us and we will give you a full refund or a replacement, the choice is your’s. Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. Please note we do not refund postage/ return postage unless you consider the item to be faulty or not as described.
All packages once shipped are the responsibility of Australia Post or in the case of international packages the postal service of the destination country. Refunds will not be given for loss or damages through those services.
